การนำราคาวัสดุก่อสร้างกระทรวงพาณิชย์ มาใช้ในโปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ ผ่านระบบ Cloud

ใน Version ใหม่ของ Pestimate ได้สนับสนุนระบบ Cloud(ระบบผ่าน Internet) โดยที่ราคาวัสดุก่อสร้าง สามารถนำเข้าได้โดย อัตโนมัติ ผ่านระบบของ Pestimate.net สำหรับผู้ที่ใช้ Version เก่าก็ยังใช้วิธีนำเข้า แบบเดิมได้ โดยการ Download จาก กระทรวงพาณิชย์ แต่ถ้าให้สะดวก กรุณา ติดต่อ Upgrade จะสะดวกกว่ามากโดยเฉพาะเวลาที่หาราคาคาวัสดุในจังหวัดที่ทำการ ประมาณราคาแล้วไม่มี สามารถ ดึงข้อมูลราคาของจังหวัดข้างเคียงได้ทันที จากInternet
ในการดึงข้อมูล ให้เลือกใน เมนูใหม่
"ดาวน์โหลดราคาวัสดุอัตโนมัติ" โดยจะนำราคาที่แสดงใน Web กระทรวงพาณิชย์

การติดตั้ง SQL Server 2008 แบบเงียบ ไม่ต้องคิด

ฐานข้อมูลของPestimate จะเป็น SQL Server มักจะมีปัญหาในการติดตั้ง Microsoft SQL server จากผู้ใช้งาน ก็จะเป็นปัญหาสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ถนัดภาษาอังกฤษ แล้วลงไม่ค่อยจะได้ สำหรับ Window 7-8 ถ้าลง SQL Server 2005 ไม่ได้ (จะตอบแค่ Next ก็มักจะลงได้) จะต้องเป็น SQL Server 2008 จะงงเวลาลงเพราะถามหลายหน้ามาก สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ถนัด ให้เลือก Install.bat ลงใน ใน Pestimate (Flash Drive) \SQL Server2008 ก็จะลงโดยไม่ถามมาก เพียงคำถามเดียวว่าจะลงหรือไม่เท่านั้น
สำหรับผู้ที่มี SQL Server ที่มาจาก Microsoft อาจจะทำเองก็ได้ โดยสร้าง INI ไฟล์ตามตัวอย่าง
